Fully licensed Vermont mortgage broker

As of December 6th, 2006, Mansfield Mortgage Professionals became a fully licensed Vermont mortgage broker. Our license number is 0811MB. Our NMLS number is 93175.

We received our FHA lending approval through the Department of HUD on June 3rd, 2009, and our VA lending approval through the Department of Veterans Affairs on January 5, 2011.

Over the course of ten years we have voluntarily submitted to numerous independent financial audits, had many positive audits conducted by the State of Vermont Department of Banking and Insurance, as well as quarterly audits of our closed loan production by an independent company from California.

All of our audits have shown that we are in compliance with State and Federal lending laws as well as conducting our business in accordance with State and Federal Disclosure laws.
