Initially, we refinanced our mortgage (bought at another company) with Mansfield and I have to say it was a delight to work with Dave. Dave’s customer service, knowledge of the mortgage industry are second to none. Working with Dave was stress free, professional and efficient. Dave explained the process from the get go and he’s up front with what to expect, what documents are needed, when the documents are needed and so forth. The process unfolded exactly as Dave described. It was painless.
